Q: Where can we visit your art studio?
A: You can visit us at Jl. Sriwijaya, Legian, Bali, Indonesia. Please contact us if you want to make an appointment.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: 10 paintings is the minimum order (USD $400)

Q: How long does it take to ship the paintings from Bali to my country?
A: By air, it can take anytime between 2 - 14 days (USA, Canada, Europe, Japan). With sea cargo it may take about 4 - 6 weeks.

Q: Why don't you accept credit cards for online ordering?
A: At DJ Art Studio, we are a small art studio. Paying extra charges for the credit card company will further add to our cost. Payment can be made by wire transfer. Once you have confirmed your order, 50% deposit is required for the products. The final 50% payment is due before the cargo company picks up the order. Please contact us if you need more information.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we do. Please contact us if you need more information. You can send the sample image by e-mail or visit our shop.

Q: Can you give us more discounts?
A: Yes, we offer more discounts (10 - 20%) for large orders above 30 paintings.
